Had the pleasure of attending two workshops, first was peace & happiness second was harness the alchemist within. Raquel is amazing at breaking things down for better understanding and actually teaches step by step how to apply these tools in your daily life. I have worked with Raquel and the V-Saga Support community for a couple of months and wow I have seen a lot of changes in me. I have been able to find and rediscover myself. I have felt lost for so long that you forget who you really are. She has helped me support and connect with my inner child who needed a lot of love and reinsurance. I was also able to discover thought patterns and different storylines that I had created. I was able to release the things that no longer serve me. I know that God has placed her in my life in a perfect time to help me through my healing journey and will always be eternally grateful. She has a beautiful soul that shines so brightly and is eager to help everyone in need. Raquel has a special way in connecting with people. The part I love the most is that everything you share with her comes with no judgment. She listens with love, compassion and just understanding.I have attended her Peace & Happiness workshop, had several theta sessions, sound bath, and attended her 21 day love yourself, and 40 day healing guided course. Through those theta sessions I was able to release the pain I was feeling and change the blue print of my mind by being aware what’s in our unconscious and subconscious mind by rewiring those thought and beliefs systems that have been embedded in our minds. I have worked with Raquel for over five years and every time we meet, I discover something new about myself. The love and dedication that she brings to her practice is something remarkable.

Whether you are new on your self awareness and healing journey or have been on it for years, there is something for everyone to benefit from. Raquel’s coaching isn’t going to be like anything you’ve received. Her ideas and concepts are original. She guides you and gives you tools to become self aware and accurately think, which will improve every area of your life. What I love is that she offers an app that gives you access to videos, yoga classes, guided meditations, etc. Also she has a journal that makes you dig deep, it has you learn about yourself, and will show you how truly love yourself. Everything I have learned from her variety of courses has improved my quality of life, relationships with others, relationship with myself, work life, and just opened my heart in every way. I firmly believe that Raquel came into my life as a Godsend blessing for my continuing journey to heal from anxiety, PTSD, and depression.

Through her Theta sessions I have attained a better sense and understanding of peaceful well being from within for myself. For example, I have learned to use my BREATH especially in various episodes of anxiety and triggers to bring me back to NOW. Sounds easy but for me at times very difficult.

What I love about Raquel is that she’s REAL as in transparent with TRUE tough perseverance topped with the most loving compassionate heart♥️

I’ve come to learn to acknowledge head on about facing repressed issues that hurt so much til I’m able accept and tame myself to move on forward with the knowledge that Raquel has gifted me. Raquel has instilled and equipped within me tools for LIFE lessons that I will be able to use as needed.

I have found the way to ride with LIFES’ rough tribulations and even crashing, I have learned to rise stronger, peacefully with gratitude. Definitely not an easy feat for me and always a continuing effort.
