WHAT THE HECKKKK
I came here for the first time today and I was extremely impressed by the friendliness of the employees and owner. When I sat down to get my nails done, half way, my nails weren’t turning out so good. One hand was longer than the other. I couldn’t tell her about this so I sat in silence till I started crying. The owner stepped in and took care of my nails. They came out awesome and I would totally come back here again. On top of all this, a regular customer here saw me and my friend and she paid for both me and my friends nails. Thank you Susan!!!

I just had the worst nail experience I’ve ever had and I’m so sad.

I walked in asking to get my thumb fixed. It broke earlier in the day so I figured I could get it fixed on my lunch. The salon was empty and I asked if this was okay. The woman was rude, if she didn’t want to do it she could have said no.

I asked her multiple times to make it even. I showed her my other thumb and asked for something close to this. I even apologized I didn’t have time to get a rebase.

They don’t accept card. I had to Venmo them.

It was ridiculous.

Mary (the owner) is FANTASTIC! But really ALL of her nail techs are very good. I got my New Year's Nails almost 3 weeks ago by the gentleman in the shop and I'm still rockin' em☺️

I was honestly skeptical at first, as one is with a new salon, but my experience there was the best I've ever had. My nail technician, Hana, did such an amazing job. The amout of effort and attention to detail she gave was immaculate! She made sure to ask me at every stage if i was happy with it, and i was more than pleased. I have never had or seen a cleaner, tidyer set of nails in my life. And they were so friendly and accommodating and the salon itself was clean and inviting. 100% recommend this salon. Thank you Hana!!

Awful experience!! It was very stressful and not pampering in the least. I arrived with my niece and a friend for what was supposed to be a fun time together relaxing and chatting. I rarely have my nails done but was going on a cruise and wanted my toenails to look good in open toed shoes, and I decided to have a manicure as well. I felt rushed from the minute I walked in the door. In the past I had always gone with regular nail polish but decided to try something new this time and went for the gel. With regular nail polish, I would have chosen the color off of a wall display prior to sitting down in the chair. So that decision would have already been made. Not so with the gel process. As I sat down in the chair I was handed a key ring with probably 100 different colored nail samples on it, and needed to pick one for the mani, one for the pedi. I wanted to take my time in my selection but felt very rushed. As I was trying to decide on the colors, one of the techs put my feet in the tub to start the pedi. She asked if the temperature was okay I said I wanted it warmer, but she did not make it warm enough. While she was doing that, another tech reached across my body and grabbed the hand that was not holding the nail samples so that she could begin the mani. I still had not chosen my colors. She asked what style of nail cut I wanted and before I could decide by looking at the options, she had already chosen a style (shorter than I wanted) without waiting for an answer. I told her that the style she chose was shorter than I preferred but by that point she had already cut a couple of nails, so I said "Well I guess we have to go with that one then." She was not apologetic at all about this. Then I chose two colors and gave the samples back. The pedi was not a pleasant experience as a foot soak and massage should be due to everything else going on. That tech was directing me to do things while I was still in conversation with the other tech. I did not like the color I chose for the pedi, and I knew I had the option to change it, but when she asked if I liked it I just said yes as I was so exasperated at that point I just wanted to get it over with. The techs sitting with me were talking throughout the appointment in their own language. The most relaxing part of the entire experience was having my nails painted over at the table, and waiting for them to dry. When I went to pay for the service (NOT worth even half of the $85 charge), the tech leaned over the counter to watch as I signed, pressuring me to leave a tip. I left more stressed than when I walked in.
