I do not recommend. They do not listen and not very accommodating. I simply wanted my old builder gel taken off, and they tried to argue with me to get it filled. Instead, I don’t want my nails filled because I like to take old product off my nails the nail needs to breathe and it needs to be clean. I don’t want to put product on top of product. The picture is how I left because I did leave because whenever somebody argue with you about what you want I no longer want them to do my nails or any service for me.

Not good at all its been 12 days and all my nails are chipping. It looked good but she just layered it very thin.

Staffs are friendly, has nice vibe and reasonable pricing. I wanted some natural pinkish nude nails and I absolutely loved what I got.
I went in with my sisters and they loved theirs as well. But they need to be more gentle with the nail drills. One of my sister’s cuticle bed was bleeding slightly, and it definitely hurt.

Except for that would have given 5 stars. ✨

The pricing was fair, and the nail technician displayed remarkable precision in shaping my nails. She took the extra step of buffing them multiple times to achieve the exact shape I desired. However, I found the polish to have a slightly uneven texture, which I'm not particularly fond of. While she did an excellent job on the designs, I wish they weren't as expensive. I believe the designs should be priced at $6 in total, rather than the current $12. I would consider visiting more frequently if the pricing were adjusted accordingly. Overall, I would rate the experience with 3 stars. Nice job! ?

There is only one person that does the job neat and proper.. without rushing and with a welcoming smile, unfortunately, it is very hard to get to her. I spent way too much money in that place for a mediocre quality. Not going back.

I've been going to V Nails for 18 years now. I usually have Cindy do my nails. She does a great job and is friendly. I usually wax my eyebrows here as well. This last visit, I had Cindy give me a pop art style pedicure and it came out great!

My wife came home almost in tears from the horrible experience she had at this place. The tech was rude with zero consideration on my wife's medical condition despite being asked to be mindfold. Horrible service and yet demanded a tip. Never again!!

Very poor customer service. First had an appointment and then had to wait about 20 minutes for service. That wasn't so bad. Next thing was I asked the lady (June) for a lighter pink version for my fingernails. She then started shaking her head and speaking in her language to others in the shop without explaining to me what was being said. Very rude. At the end, without explaining next steps, she told me to get up and go to the front because she needed the seat for another client. I'm not 1 to call the race card, but I felt that I was treated very poorly for no good reason. Please respect and treat everyone with great care. To top it off, next day my polish starts stripping and there's a gap between my skin and where the polish begins. Overall not a good experience ?.
