I really really want to love this place. The interior is super fancy, you can tell they put a lot of money into it. The sound system is banging! The bartenders are super sexy! There's only one problems and its a pretty big issue..the MUSIC. The music is HORRIBLE. Katy Perry Remix? NO THANK YOU. Dear owner, if you are reading this, Please Please Please, I'm begging you, fix the music!! You advertise yourself as a gay bar, but yet you play the music of a 6th street bar. I feel like you don't know your identity or you a searching for clientele. If you are a gay bar, you shouldn't be playing top 40s. I have had multiple gay friends tell me that they keep trying out your bar, but are continually disappointed. There's only so long that you can disappoint before they just give up. TL;DR Fix the music, I will change this review to 5 stars, because if it weren't for the music, you would have 5 stars!!

Can a bar be "scatterbrained?" Sometimes they have EDM concerts here.. other nights it's empty.. the music can be great and the bartenders are really friendly and have never skimped on my drinks so that gets three stars automatically--but beyond that, it feels like it's dead behind the eyes.

Unimpressed.

Paid $17 for tickets to a Beyoncé night assuming I'd hear mostly her music... remixes, originals, other music that fits in, but not so much. No more Beyoncé than a normal night. None for the first 45 minutes... just lemons tied up and a cheesy lemonade stand in the corner.

It'd be nice to get that $$ back, but that'll never happen. Now I remember why I stopped coming to this bar a while ago.

Terrible. First I opened a tab and was "accidently" charged $45, so I brought it to the bar tenders attention that there was no way I spent that much, that i only put $15 on the tab. They told me the fixed it but what they really did was charge me $15 twice. The drink tasted good and the staff were very polite and understanding, just sucks that they didn't do their jobs right.

THEY ARE RACIST and/or cater to white people!!!!!!
5 minutes until 2am on NYE before they were closing I was sitting at an EMPTY table in the VIP section which I ALSO paid to be in, waiting for my friends so we can leave, and a white guy approached me and demanded that I moved because that was his "friend's seat." I told him I was just waiting for my friends to find each other and leave, who were at the table right next to it, and that I also paid to be in this section while I showed him my VIP wristband. He proceeded to say that "you need to get your brown ass away from our table." Then he got an employee who approached me & told me I was in his seat and needed to move (even though there were empty seats on both sides of me) I showed him my wristband & told him I paid the same amount as he did & I was just waiting for my friends for a couple minutes so we can leave because the club was closing anyways. I told the employee what he said but the white guy continued to harass me with his boyfriend afterwards. I then tried to leave but they chased after me, tried to punch me, and one of the employees chased me all the way outside and tried to confront me & actually tried to physically assault me, even when I was already outside the venue. I couldn't believe it. It was racism & classism at a venue in Austin at its worst, supported by its employees, even on a holiday. Anyone who supports this place after this incident is foolish. It should be shut down.

Great music. Cheap drinks. I am not sure why this place isn't packed. A mix between edm and latin dance music. Not bad for just finding it randomly!
