Totally unreliable. Ride was scheduled through my insurer, V & A NEVER showed up. Claimed traffic problem when 1st called; later admitted didn't have a driver for me due to my wheel chair Sammy was rude to gal from insurance company when she called the second time. I missed my doctor's appointment. VERY inconvenient for me & caregiver who had come to tend to my husband in my absence. SHUN THEM!!!

They have provided reliable medical transportation for my elderly father..
One comment is for the phone coordinator-most of them have been very polite and respectful, but one person I spoke with today was rude. We got accidentally disconnected and she called back to say that I “hang up on her”; when I was trying to coordinate the pickup for my dad, she scoffed and acted all annoyed and arrogant, like “I don’t know what you’re trying to tell me”; maybe because I was speaking with an accent

If I could I would give them a minus 1 star. For the first time in my life I did not make it to my Dr's appointment because V & A never showed up! The second time they were THREE hours late. Do not use this company absolutely untrustworthy. No one pick up their phone - it goes to the voicemail and no one calls you back. Never again.

I had the misfortune of coming across one of their units on the road today 9/9/20 at approximately 630 pm in the Reseda area traveling eastbound on Vanowen. Their driver, in unit #18, was approximately 1/4 mile behind me as I traveled about 45 miles per hour and he was not only able to catch up to me but he closely blew past my vehicle at an unsafe speed. He then managed to cut from the 2nd lane into the 1st then back into the 2nd in order to jockey to the front of our traffic pattern; managing to cut off 2 cars in the process. I caught up to him at a light and watched him grab a pack of Marlboro reds and attempted to light up a cigarette before he floored on the accelerator in an attempt to go through the traffic signal as fast as possible. I followed him for about 2 miles watching as he recklessly tailgated other vehicles and swerved in between cars almost hitting one in the process. His driving was dangerous and unprofessional especially for a service that provides transportation for the sick and disabled. This is definitely something that should be brought to the attention of the City of Los Angeles Department of Transportation as well as the DMV. I drove an emergency vehicle for close to 20 years and couldn't imagine that people like this are on the road. I would not use their services under any circumstances due to the unsafe nature of their driver.

Horrible service they’re unreliable and are always late. The drivers are rude . They always say it’s an issue because the driver is stuck in traffic . Then they said I’ll call you back they don’t call back . This is not the first time .. they’ve done this multiple times . I’ve had to reschedule appointments because of them being late they are so unreliable. It’s upsetting because my daughter is high risk for multiple health issues and it’s frustrating getting to her appointments late and then waiting over 2 hours to get picked up after the appointment . I would give zero stars if I could

Avoid this company at all costs. They drop patients off over an hour late for their appointments and after treatment leave them sitting at the clinic for an hour and a half most days. Literally every time it's an issue with them. Use someone more responsible.

Fernando is the greatest driver of all time. He is a joy to be with. I’m in a wheelchair. When he takes me to dialysis, I know that he will always do the best possible. I can always depend on him.
