Great for the price and close to a lot of major spots in LA. I’ve lived at another property also and the team/management truly cares about their tenants. I love my studio and the view. Francisco(building manager) is amazing!!! The team keeps the space super neat and tidy!!! Super quick and responsive whenever we need something. One of the best views in LA and you’re right beside the freeway!

Just wanted to update my review from a year ago and acknowledge the fantastic work put into renovating my unit while I was out on medical leave. The building just keeps getting better and better! I moved right back in as soon as the unit I had was ready.

I love living in that building. The owners are really taking care of it and it’s within perfect vicinity to everywhere. I see downtown from my unit and love it. The rents are fair. I would highly recommend living there.

I had one of the most unprofessional and rude conversations with a worker who answered the phone. I was trying to schedule a time to view an apartment, and there was a miscommunication because I couldn't understand her broken English well, and I thought I would be able to view it on a Sunday. To which she replied "You don't listen to what I say, so I'll say only one more time...". I would never want to live in a place with such unprofessional management.

oh man. I lived here like 15 years ago. It was a trip. Very basic. You ever seen the movie The Professional. About the assassin dude and the little girl? This building always reminded me of the buildings they were in. We actually sold our car because only maybe half the resident's cars would fit in that tiny lot haha. Got high and drunk so many times up on the roof. And new year's eve and 4th of the july were the BEST up there. I'll never get a better view of fireworks. I had a studio and nothing to steal, so, i wasn't worried about anything like that. My girlfriend and I just did the typical young L.A. couple thing. I did odd jobs and she worked at .salon on Rodeo as an assistant. We'd party every night. Take the train to Hollywood Blvd for burritos in the middle of the night. The truck across the street by the pawn shop was the BEST. good times. Thanks "the V"... was it called that way back when? anyway. thanks a lot.

I lived here for a few months in 2022. I had to break my lease for health reasons because the building (at the time) did not regulate smoking in the building. One of my neighbors smoked cigarettes and unfortunately, the smell and smoke of cigarettes would seep through the electric sockets and light switches in my unit. When I asked management if they could do anything about the smoke they told me that California law would not allow them to do so which was a lie. They refused to do anything about the smoke and withheld my deposit since I moved out 3 months into my lease. Also, the woman I emailed at Rosano Property Management regarding this matter was rude and unprofessional. Her name is Grace and if she still works with the company, I feel bad for whoever has to interface with her. I am posting this today because I happened to come across an ad they have for the unit I once lived in and under their posting it says “No Smoking.” On top of management lying to tenants, the units have no air conditioning (I thought it wasn’t a big deal before but it is a huge deal), the elevator (if it has not been replaced yet) is small and old, the area is less than desirable, and the parking situation is a joke. Also, the medical facility/building next to the apartment had an alarm system that would go off constantly in the middle of the night whenever someone was walking in their parking lot. Unless you have no other option, I wouldn’t recommend staying here at all.

Lovely vintage building built in the 1920s, respectful tenants, amazing management & maintenance team, Valeria the manager is wonderful and does her best to make the building feel like a home.
