I've lived in this community over a year and really am enjoying the improvements being made since new management especially the bright new lighting. I feel more safe walking around at night.
Geronimo and David are engaged with the tenants and work hard to keep the common areas beautiful and clean.

I was so disappointed by the downfall of this place. I moved in when it was The Violet and loved going into the office and seeing Adriana and Paula, I believe. But ever since they switched management companies it slowly started declining. Maintenance's speed, although always helpful and friendly, declined to weeks time. I went without a shower for a week. A call back regarding an issue also took more than a week. Gates never worked, roaches in the kitchen constantly, and I stopped seeing the friendly faces in the office. All this led up to my eventual move out this summer. Unfriendly staff and higher rent prices that do not match the quality of life I got at the end wasn't worth it anymore. RIP The Violet.

I just want to thank Geronimo for being so kind and so helpful. I needed to transfer to a different unit and he made this transition super easy for me. He is the type of manager that this community needs someone that cares for you and wants the best for our little apartment complex. This new management team is the best thing that could have happened to this place. Thank you Geronimo

So I accidentally threw my keys on the roof of my apartment.
The property manager Geronimo happened to be passing by, so I told him what happened and instead of having any compassion or instead of trying to be helpful in any way shape or form. He was insulting and quite rude to me. He asked me "What's the deal with you and keys" he said that he Wasn't gonna pull any of his workers from the other jobs to help me retrieve my keys. He made it a point to tell me that it would be at least a week before they can help me. He made himself Very clear that he simply didn't want to help me!.
I just told him to not worry about me.
Although I did figure out how to get my own keys. I just have to say that all that RUDENESS was NOT NECESSARY......

Moved in this week, came home from work to my door kicked in and a broken patio window. Now sitting by pool waiting for office staff to get here, should be at 10 am. It is now 10:20.....

We had some good moments here, our move in experience was great, Adriana was very helpful and everything went smoothly.
HEB store, library and bus stop are very close and it was very convenient.
But the apartment complex in general is very old, and definitely need some renovations, kitchen cabinets are old, kitchen in general is very small, we had plumbing issues with all the sinks and heater as well.
There is not enough natural light in the apartment, so it was a little depressing living there.
Pool is dirty, no propane tanks in the grills, and laundry room is always dirty, even after renovation some washers were broken in a week, dryers are so hot and over dry my clothes all the time I had to throw away some of them, we then decided to go to laundromat outside of the complex, it was time consuming.
And also there was a fire in December, so we didn’t have access to the gym, and despite that was one of our amenities we didn’t get any discounts on rent or something

Honestly I was so excited to finally move out
