Beware of making purchases at this shop. I have been trying to reach the owner of this shop, but, she will not return my phone calls. This is in regard to a Medicare coverage on a purchase made, they will not reimburse me for, that she said they would. She said she had to get a new Medicare Supplier number as she changed her business name. This was in March, 2023, I am still waiting for Sandra to get back to me!!! Very disappointing!!

I'm leaving this review on behalf of my mom. She has been a client of Edna's for a few years now, and wants to make sure everyone knows how pleasant and kind Ms. Turner is. She's always had a great experience with her and will continue shopping with her.

FYI there is another company with a VERY similar business name located by Dillards who contacted my mom about an appointment. She was very confused because that company is NOT Ms. Turner's and she only wants to work with Ms. Turner. Be aware if you get a phone call from a separate company, make sure you're setting up your appointment with Ms. Turner by the imaging center in Ocala.

Shopped at this store, manager was nice but unprofessional because she made several snide comments about the owner not knowing her products. I spent $300+ on bras. Went home decided I did not need one, called the store within 2 hours and was told I could not get my money back, but wld issue me a store credit. Now I’m forced to go back.
These bras a very cheap after a couple of months underwire has come out and there is absolutely no support in two of the bras. I hand wash and never dry my bras. They were Overpriced for the quality. Also the store manager made a comment about my breasts, if I would have had a complex about my breast I would have been highly offended. manager needs to be a little more aware and sensitive.

Have been shopping here for a few years. A week or so ago I purchased a bra and wanted another one it. Store didn't have it, so I ordered it paid for it plus the shipping. They assured me it would be a week. It's been .ore than 2 weeks and not even a phone call. I called them. WITHING for a call back.

Been trying to reach S&V by phone, leaving voicemail for over 2 weeks with no call back, in regards to $600 + purchase. Will happily improve this rating if someone would call me back.
