Rachel is amazing! The way she combines HPN (high performance neurofeedback) with her craniosacral therapy techniques and years of experience is unique and highly effective. Rachel has been wonderfully helpful for me. I usually do both the neurofeedback and the cranial sacral therapy. The neurofeedback has helped to alleviate anxiety and take me out of my fight or flight mode. It has helped my other therapies to hold or work better. The cranial sacral therapy has helped with my TMJ and my sinuses. Whenever I am starting to feel overwhelmed or stressed out, I schedule an appointment to go in and be recharged.
