This office is horrible. I asked the doctor what my blood type. He said I don't need to know. What the heck? The old lady is his wife. I asked her to fill out the document for IHSS. The application requires 12 months, but she put down only 6 months. The case was denied. If you notice, no receptionist can work with her. You see new receptionist every time you visit. Horrible office. Stay away 🙁

These people are horrible, sometimes when a doctor doesn’t know anything and treats you well you feel satisfied, but in this case they are super unpleasant, incompetent and racist, they get upset and laugh at obese people, he sends you to the gym and that will be the cure for any disease, on my first date I told him that I suffered from hypertension that had been diagnosed by another doctor, a disease that is irreversible and must be treated all my life and that needed my medicine, he refused and told me to go on a diet and go to the gym, in the end I made them responsible Of my state of health what motivated him to take the test and give me a medicine, this medicine is completely different from the one I requested because I had always taken it and my body responded well to the treatment. I have more details but it’s not worth sharing them, today I’m positive for COVID-19 yesterday I called to notify you and the lady who for me is the most despicable being I’ve seen on earth refused to attend me yelled at me and on top of that she doesn’t answer my emails or my calls. I feel that by selecting a star I am rating them as very good there must have been no star option, if you want to put your health at risk visit this office.

Terrible doctor! They will deny medical treatment because your symptoms are “not that bad” or ask clients to become severely underweight for aesthetic purposes rather than health.

My father needs a machine to check his glucose levels, but the doctor said his diabetes is not that bad. My father had been hospitalized due to sudden hypoglycemic episodes on 3 occasions. But it’d not that bad right?
They fat shamed my mother and told her to loose weight because her stomach is showing and it is unattractive. My mother is 5’5 and weights 110 pounds. That is underweight.

They made a mistake with our insurance and instead of waiting for the insurance to get back to them, they denied care and told my parents to find a new doctor. We have been going to this place for 5-7 years now. I think it’s a great time to leave this terrible place for a better place who actually cares.

I see I'm not the only one who was unfortunate enough to deal with Mr. Nguyen's rude receptionist. Never met anyone who absolutely lacks any manner. I called on be half of a patient who could not contact the office himself due to being an elderly. And she told me to not call the office again. Okay, I guess he'll keep missing his needed prescription because he can't call himself, because this rude, unreasonable receptionist won't allow me to call for him at HIS request. I guess patient-first care doesn't matter to her. Our patients deserve MUCH better quality of care than this. She is hindering patients from receiving the care and prescriptions they NEED, because she is rude and refuse to work with other caregivers. so unprofessional. The patient have missed their prescription so many time, and it took three months to finally receive it because this rude receptionist refuse to work with other care providers. I will be reporting this incompetent and negligence behavior and service to the Medical Board, and I encourage other patients to do the same so this office understand that such behavior is unacceptable.

Doctor Ngueyn is good, patient and careful. However, the receptionist was very poor and impolite, especially the doctor's wife. Every time asked her about the refill medicine, she always brought a lot of trouble to the patient, and deliberately made trouble to not give it

I was standing outside waiting for my appt at the optometrist. A staff member from this office whom identified herself as Lily came out and accosted me in front of multiple patients in their office whom were not socially distancing (COVID hello!). She yelled at me the I was in their space and demanded I move before slamming the door. Avoid this office, if their staff are this rude, can you imagine the care this doctor has? Yeah, no thanks.

The doctor and the people who work at this office are some of the nicest people I've ever met. I have been going here for a long time and I always will. You can tell these people actually care about you, unlike some other places I have been to.
