Modern and clean reception room.
They don’t know how to book appointments - you always have to wait - a long time.
Can’t comment on the dentist because they change all the time.
The hygienist is horrible. She goes really fast and it feels like she misses a few spots. I really don’t get that “fresh from the dentist feeling” with her. Plus she’s not friendly at all

The front desk staff are amazing, professional, helpful, kind and caring. You are never rushed when asking questions. They will always work hard to get you the appointment you ask for. They work hard dealing with the insurance companies. The Doctors are awesome, very professional, kind and caring. They take time to listen to your dental problems. My husband and I love the practice. We lucked out when we moved and found them.

Had an emergency where part of a filling broke off tooth. Was able to get appt as new patient. Didn’t know what to expect but staff from front desk to X-ray tech to dentist were very respectful. I have schedule a future appt.

First 2 visits were fine. Got in quick and on time with my appointment, Receptionists are wonderful and very helpful.

However the reason for the 1 star review. I went for a follow up to have a filling done. Appointment: 2:30PM I got there right at 2:30PM on the dot. Got myself signed in and sat to wait. And then I waited and waited and an hour passed and not a single person got called and. After another 15 minutes they finally brought me in where I waited another 30-45 minutes to get started. They even took so long that the novocaine started to wear off and they had to administer it again.

Long story short, I had to spend 2.5 hours for an appointment I had made two weeks prior. I will not be returning and would advise anyone away after having dealt with what I did.

This was my first appointment with the dentist and it was a pleasant experience. The office was clean, the hygienist was excellent and the dentist was friendly and knowledgeable. The receptionist was very kind and helpful. Overall I had a good experience and would recommend this dentist to everyone! Maribel Rivera

The worst dental experience I have ever had. The first time there I waited 2 hours. Each time I had to go back, I waited 2 hours. The only reason I went back is because the dentist had started a procedure on mouth already. The office manager has a very "what ever" attitude when you make a complaint to her about how the place is being run. When you make an appointment they just pencil you in. They don't consider that there is a root canal appointment right before yours. They will double book you, and not even tell you that you will be waiting 2 hours.
I regret the day I ever went in there.

Absolutely horrible. I had an appointment and came early, but they kept me waiting for over 2 hours. No one ever updated or apologized. My actual appointment lasted less than 10 minutes.The most unprofessional dentist I have ever seen.

Never going back.I had to reschedule my appointment twice (First time because my appointment was not saved in the system and second time because I was waiting over 45 min to be seen so I just rescheduled my appointment). The front desk employees are nice but all in all the place just needs better customer service and time management
