I purchased a house in May 2023 through your company. My real estate agent at the time was Jon Williams. As a first-time homebuyer, I relied heavily on professional guidance throughout the process.

Unfortunately, just two months after purchasing the home, the air conditioning system completely failed and required replacement during the height of summer. As someone with a medical condition that makes extreme heat a serious health risk, this situation was particularly distressing.

I reached out to Mr. Williams for assistance, but I was left with little to no support. Ultimately, I had to bear the entire cost of replacing the system myself. This experience was incredibly challenging and left a lasting negative impression.

Now, as I navigate the complexities of purchasing my second home, I am reflecting on that experience, and how poorly your employee handled the situation.

As a first time home buyer; I was nervous about the whole process. I did not know how or what needed to be done. When I met Joey his energy caught my attention and his attention to detail sold me!
