Thanks to Ben who sorted my order out very quickly, compared to Three next door. I was not messed around by EE, placed an order online and it arrived in store by the next working day. Walked in and walked out with my items in less than 20 minutes. Loving my new set up at the moment so thank you!

I changed my bank card, so I planned to go to an EE branch to update my banking details. When I arrived at the Woolwich EE branch, I asked a female employee who looked Indian. She told me that I must call customer service to resolve the issue. After leaving, I tried going to the Peckham branch, and the staff there said it was no problem and resolved it for me in five minutes. The employee at the Woolwich branch just seemed like she didn’t want to work and was trying to get rid of customers—very lazy.

I've had a mobile phone for quite a while and added fibre broadband a year or two ago. Both services have been ok, not the fastest as they claim. I now got a notice that my broadband contract has ended and they're going to hike the price by 10 quid unless I subscribe again. Why? They have recouped the money for the free hub and they've not giving me anything new? Their website is error strewn too, throws an error if I click on the link to resubscribe. The mobile phone and broadband sides are very disconnected. Can't see my broadband bill, only the mobile.

As a long-term EE member and as this being my local branch, I had no issues whatsoever in the past. However, when I walked in today I was simply astounded by the lack of customer service and product/service knowledge. A simple "hi what can I help you with today" would have been sufficient but instead I was greeted with a stare followed by a greeting which basically implied "yeah why are you here". After explaining why I was there the lady who was taking care of me was clueless and gave zero effort. Even the manager seemed disinterested. I eventually left and went to the Eltham EE branch and the service there was amazing, they sorted out my query and actually showed care and effort. I normally don't write reviews and usually just let things go but I am just surprised that certain staff working at this branch get past the interview stage or training with the lack of care, attention, or knowledge. Genuinely, EE please train your staff better or implement more rigorous interview processes, maybe then it will prevent you from hiring just anyone.

Because this employee didn't had the skills to observed that i was being blackmail under the influence of Tina. He and Jordan Ornsby who probably has been lovers in the past had decided to con me. Employee photo and evidence is available to law inforcement

Mobile data is currently down across their network and I’ve popped my head into store to enquire as EE couldn’t even be bothered to send out a mass text to let people know instead of us figuring it out through inconvenience?

Told by a very non-interested member of staff that apparently this data outage could last a few days and only EE business customers can get compensated for the inconvenience?

So screw everyone else who may need to use their phone to park, online banking, bus timetable, satnav.. anything that requires data.. just pray for WiFi or change networks.

So helpful! Thanks a million

At no point in three years had this store informed me about an active contract when I was under the impression it was cancelled. Over £500 was taken from me unnecessarily and when my phone had been stolen, they didn’t inform me of any other options except for adding another contract. I’ve got no compensation and I was blamed for their negligence.
