I recently celebrated my wife’s birthday at Eddy V’s, and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. The steak was nothing short of amazing, cooked to perfection and bursting with flavor. The sides complemented the main course wonderfully, each dish packed with rich and delicious tastes.

The service was top-notch, with very attentive staff who made sure we had everything we needed throughout the evening. One of the highlights was when the staff surprised my wife with a complimentary dessert – a spectacular banana foster that they flambéed right at our table. This dramatic presentation added a memorable touch to the evening.

While Eddy V’s is on the pricier side, the exceptional food and stellar service make it worth every penny. We left with happy hearts and full stomachs, looking forward to our next visit.

From the moment we got to valet, the experience was PHENOMENAL. We celebrated our Meema’s 81st birthday and everything and everyone was just top notch. We were so Impressed I think we will have our anniversary dinner here in December. The lobster tacos appetizer was delicious. The sea bass melts in your mouth, the sole was amazing as well. Celebrated our anniversary here and was blown away with the service from the second we entered the door. We had a drink drink at the bar while we waited for our table. We both had the Hope diamond, it was delicious and a little sweet. We wanted to take a picture before we dined and a host and a server helped with the lighting and the perfect pic. I asked where the bathroom was and the host escorted me there. We were seated at our table with rose petals and a card. We ordered and the pace of the meal was perfect to enjoy our meal and a conversation. Ordered the sea bass, crab fried rice, lobster bisque and steak tartare. Each was delicious. I would come back over and over. Highly recommend

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Eddie V's Prime Seafood, and I must say it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. Here's a detailed account of my visit:

First Impressions
From the outside, Eddie V's is rather nondescript during the day. Perhaps it’s more eye-catching at night with better lighting. The place was brought to my attention by the valet doing maintenance out front; otherwise, I might have passed right by the entrance. There could be a large sign somewhere, but I didn't notice it—this could partly be because I have cancer in my neck, making it difficult for me to move my head.

Accessibility
The valet parking is a nice touch, and there is also very convenient handicap parking right out front, close to the entrance. The doors are large and accommodating, making entry easy.

Arrival and Seating
I visited during a slow time, intentionally avoiding peak hours as I was dressed very casually due to my health condition. Despite my attire, the hostess was extremely understanding and accommodating. Upon arrival, I asked for directions to the restroom, and she pointed the way without any attitude.

When I returned, I mentioned it was my birthday, and though I was dining alone due to being in the area for cancer treatment, the hostess went out of her way to get a birthday card for me. She also asked where I would be most comfortable sitting, which is crucial for me due to my condition. Many places try to seat me in booths that are too small or in bad locations. She brought me to a raised booth-style area in the bar, which was perfect for me as it allowed me to see the room with my back against something, ensuring no one could poke or bump into me.

Service
Skyler, my waiter, introduced himself and went over the specials and standard details. Despite the restaurant being pricey, the food and service justified the cost. Skyler's dedication to his job was evident—he was ready to address even the slightest issue and had a deep knowledge of the menu. He tailored his service to my needs, demonstrating an ability to read his customers well. Skyler's passion for his job and the food was clear, making the experience even more enjoyable.

Food and Atmosphere
The food at Eddie V's is top-notch. I had the filet and African lobster tail, crab fried rice, and a small rack of lamb. Each dish was excellent in taste, quality, and presentation. There were no issues whatsoever, which is rare for me, especially when dining at high-end restaurants. The decor aims for an ultra-modern look, though the TV in the bar area seemed out of place and detracted from the aesthetic. A casting service for personal devices might be a better fit.

Clientele and Ambiance
The clientele during my visit were mostly in their 30s to 50s. The restaurant has ample seating, and I hope they fill up every night as the food and service deserve it. Eddie V's is perfect for special occasions like birthdays, dates, business meetings, and fancy dinners. It might not be an everyday dining option for most due to the price, but it is well worth the visit for a memorable experience.

Conclusion
Overall, Eddie V's Prime Seafood delivers an impeccable dining experience. Despite the high cost, the quality of food, excellent service, and sophisticated atmosphere make it worth every penny. I plan to return before I leave the area because the experience was that outstanding. When something is perfect, it's worth enjoying as often as possible.

A number of Keller Williams real estate agents were in Orlando for some meetings and we decided to make a reservation to eat here starting at 7:30 PM. Jugo and El where our service staff and they were excellent. Very attentive. Very conscientious. Answering all of our questions. Making good suggestions. I think, they made the experience very pleasant. I was recommended the lobster tacos for a starter so I shared that with a friend. Excellent. Very creamy, very tasty with lots of flavors. We also had a seafood tower as a starter. It included, lobster, king crab meat, oysters, and peel and eat shrimp - there were a handful of sauces on the tower as well as citrus. It tasted very fresh. Very good presentation. It was enjoyable. I had the beet salad for my second course. It was very light and refreshing. I wanted to try the Parmesan crusted sole as I had not had that before. Sadly, it disappointed me. It was quite dry and tough so I ordered some extra garlic butter to go over the top. I did not finish the fish. I very much enjoyed the Aug Raton potatoes, Brussel spouts and a fried rice, which I believe included crab meat. We ordered one of each dessert item for the table. All delicious. Banana foster. Crème brûlée. Lemon tart and something chocolaty. We finished about 10 pm or so. I don’t drink, but my colleagues do. They seemed to enjoy a large variety of adult drinks with no complaints. There were 8 of us on the ticket and it ended up being almost $1700. It’s definitely a treat. I would go again and recommend to others. Thank you!
