I love Dr.Deleon! I have actually followed her from one group to the next. She was referred to me by ex-coworkers when I first moved to Orlando. She's very compassionate and personable. I don't feel she rushes in and out. She takes her time and explain things to me. When I have had lab work done, she personally calls me and will call back several time if I do not pick up. Each time, I have had questions, I ask for her nurse to call me back but she actually is the one who calls me so I am super appreciative of that.

The doctors in the office are great but to get an appointment is almost impossible!! Something is wrong with the organization in that office. It shouldn’t take months before you are able to see your doctor.

I agree that this office needs to improve in terms of working with family of the patient . They are hard and lack empathy when dealing with family. I don’t even know if Dr Deleon is aware that their office staff takes way too long to answer the phone or needs training to improve customer service.

Dr Deleon is a competent doctor, but the staff are somewhat difficult to work with. They are friendly and personable but when attempting to contact ANYONE in the practice for any reason...an appt, refills..etc... they absolutely INSIST you go thru thier website...I want to talk to a human being to make appts and not have the hassle of signing up, logging in, changing a password every 6 months, trying to send a message, wait for a response within 24-48 hours...if I need an appt I want to talk to someone NOW and try to get in today. If you dont mind going thru the system , then go for it . If you want customer service not a website go somewhere else.When the practice is too big for personal communication, then it is time to go elsewhere.
