As a user of QQ Catalyst for the last two years, our independent insurance agency has been very disappointed. Not only was our conversion from Applied Systems a disaster, the QQ website continues to have problems with their "telephony support" and connectivity. There seem to always be download issues, and the automated email campaigns cannot provide enough criteria filters in many cases to be effective. This has been very discouraging from an agency owner stand point. I would not recommend QQ Catalyst as a management system to an independent agency that is already running off of another management system. Independent agencies need management systems that run without major conversion issues and without continued functionality problems. We will most likely be forced to find another system.

I cannot emphasize enough not to purchase this insurance management system. I thought their software was horrible until I tried to get some customer service from Vertafore. I have had issues with their software since the end of March and it is not middle of Sept. I call about every 3 weeks and they only thing they can say to me is “We are working on it, but I can’t tell you when it will be fixed”. QQ-Vertafore will promise you everything you need to run your agency when trying to sell you the management system, but only about 70% of what the salespeople say actually works. This management system is only good if you have a personal line agency under 1 million in premium and do not do accounting or run reports for your agency out of this system.
