I took my bike to get my brakes done, after a couple of months I wondered why my brakes felt spongy. I took it to Harley Davidson and found my brakes were over greased and found my pads got over saturated with the grease and ruined them. Nice guys but unprofessional work was done. Now I have to spend more money to get them done right.

Don’t take your bike here you are better off just taking it to Harley. Charged me for services they didn’t do and then proceeded to call the police on me when I asked for the money they charged me for labor witch didn’t get done. Didn’t even put my bike back together put all my parts in my saddle bag. Don’t wast your time dealing with these unprofessional “man”.

Outstanding shop! I had a Harley Sporster 1200, that had been sitting for 4 years. I came to him with a load of problems. His customer service was OUTSTANDING! He got my bike up and running, works great! Well worth the price! I highly recommended anyone who has issues to come here! When I had issues right before I was about to pack up and move he handled it within 2 days! I wished I could have packed him up with me! Outstanding again!

Well they seemed happy to see a customer walk in and were very nice. Told them I need a tire mounted an balanced to which they as what type of bike. That’s where everything changed, as soon as they find out I don’t ride a V Twin potato they are all the sudden to busy to help me. Funny considering there were two guys at the front desk sitting having a smoke and joke and no sign of work in the back. There loss, there is always someone who wants to run a serious business elsewhere. It’s just sad that I try my best to support local small businesses before going to the big dealerships.

RE: seeing how Google won’t allow a response to the owners response, I’ll just add it here. First off you should add “we only work on American made” on your listing so people don’t waist their time trying to give you business.
And no one is crying here, especially not the guy you refuse to help who has served this country his entire life. I just don’t want other two wheel enthusiasts waisting time with your shop if they don’t conform to your standards. By the way, do you know the forks on your beloved Harleys are made by Showa? A subsidiary of Honda Motorcycles. Not to mention the countless parts made overseas. I’m all for American made, but not at the expense of my fellow Americans. You should rethink your business model.

From AZ needed a tire for my Softail. They were awesome at accommodating me. Great price and the tech doing my tire checked everything out and noticed my pads were worn down. Great work .
