Dr. Kyrillos is simply the best! I've been struggling with my weight for years and working with Dr. K along the way. She never pushes surgery or anything you are not comfortable with. She listens to your concerns and tailors a program that is right for you. Would highly recommend!

Dr. Kyrillos and her staff are very professional, caring, patient, and compassionate. It took a while to get in for my first appointment, but once I did it was a full service process in which I was tended to with great care and support by Dr. Kyrillos, her dietician, and other staff members. The program is truly comprehensive in an approach of learning healthier food, eating, and life-style habits, as well as a medical analysis of medical conditions, medicines, and possible treatments whether they be prescription or homeopathic. I love that Dr. Kyrillos is open-minded and listens... hard to find in a Dr. She is completely understanding of the emotional component that goes along with losing weight and helps patients to understand it is a process much like quitting smoking or alcohol. Sometimes it takes some a few more times of trying than others, or they have to do so in baby steps. I also like that she is an MD which is very helpful in understanding how to help me when thinking about my other medical conditions and medicines that I am on. During the pandemic, Dr. Kyrillos and staff did not miss a beat. They transferred the practice online seamlessly. She was one of the doctors I was able to keep regular appointments with despite the pandemic closing most other practices down. I've lost about 40 pounds with Dr. Kyrillos' help. It would be more, but I've had a lot of other stuff going on in which I was not devoting as much effort and time to my own health. I will say that I have not gained a ton back as in a yo-yo diet, because the methodology includes learning about better life choices including food options, exercise, sleep, etc. When I am following instructions as I should be w/watching what I eat & staying active, the weight melts off. It is a FANTASTIC feeling to do it in a way that can be an actual lifestyle. It's so rewarding to feel good about myself and to also have others notice and comment about how good I look. They also have a facebook support group for patients. I need to use it more actively. When I do participate, there are a lot of good conversations and support on there. HIGHLY RECOMMEND Dr. Kyrillos and staff!!!! OH! AND, it's all covered by medical insurance!!! I'm soooo glad that I'm going this route instead of a lapband or some surgery. Highly recommend your trying this program / doctor before going that route.

This office is by far one of the worst to go to for any assistance to think that our car providers recommend Dr. Kyrillos for treatment I have been in all up heal battle trying received communication and plan for myself regarding weight management and my health condition. Staff is rude , hold time is ridiculous, and communication does not exists they are not for the people at all . The proof that I have on this office and the lack of empathy and communication is unbelievably. Put me on medicine and that was it never heard anything no follow up or anything . I even went as far to reach to speak with a supervisor and email someone on charge for the lack of care this by far the worst health experience I have ever received find someone else else where PLEASEEEEEEEEEEE!!!!!

This office handles patients who are overweight and also arthritis pts.
No consideration was given obviously to the patients as the parking lot has steps to a double door entrance with no way for patients on walkers or with canes or braces to have doors automatically open. Then there is the 2 city block long walk inside to the elevator to the office.
You can call to get a wheel chair but the average hold time for call to go through is 45 minutes.
Practice is aware of these issues as is Jefferson.
