Dr. Putta is a fantastic doctor who cares about her patients. It’s rare to find someone as knowledgeable as her who also cares greatly about helping people. There is sometimes a wait but with a pandemic still going on, waits are greater everywhere. Grateful to have found her.

Dr. Putta is truly a gem among physicians. She eats, breathes, and sleeps to help others. Appointments can take a bit, but you'll never find another doctor that cares more and listens to what you have to say. I'm 28, and have been going to her for 5 years now, and I hope to keep her as my physician for years to come.

To add to that I had a bad knee injury a few years ago. Dr. Putta came in on the weekend when the office was closed to give me the care I needed. I was able to avoid surgery because of her quick actions and willingness to care.

If I could give 0 stars i would. I came in asking for a rec for an ENT because i had been coughing up blood for months now almost a year. I even showed her a picture. She LAUGHED and said you don't need an ENT...use nasal drops. What tf do nasal drops have to do with me coughing up blood? Anyway wanted to write this before officially changing providers. Good luck to whomever reads this.

Dr. Putta is truly amazing. Her work and the deeply caring person that she is, is nothing short of a gift to her patients. I have had many doctors over my years (moving when I was younger etc.) but she has remained my primary doctor for the past 10 years now. I even stayed with Dr. Putta when I lived in Long Beach for 4 years.

My experience with dr putta was very similar to everyone else’s. A long wait, and an okay visit. My issue is her bookkeeper, Robin Bennett, who called me today to tell me that my medical records had been subpoenaed, but I “have a balance,” thereby implying that my records wouldn’t be produced (as part of a legal proceeding), which I’m very sure is illegal. When I informed her that I hadn’t worked in almost a year because of the pandemic, she replied with “can’t you figure it out and put it on a credit card?” When I told her that I was barely making ends meet and trying to take care of my child during this tough time, she said “not my problem, I’m putting you in collections today.” I feel like someone working for a caregiver, especially during a pandemic, could be a lot more compassionate and a lot less callous. If dr putta was the best dr in LA, I still wouldn’t return because of this woman.

The worst experience I’ve had with a doctor in over a decade, so incompetent and dismissive of her patients I actually had to file grievances against her with my insurance company and the CA Medical Board in order to get her to administer care. The wait time is often over an hour and the appointments last 5 minutes. In addition, Dr. Putta constantly steps out of the room to take personal phone calls on her cell phone, so actual time with the doctor is closer to about 3 minutes. I switched doctors as soon as possible and wouldn’t recommend this quack to my worst enemy.

She's my family doctor for last 9 years. She has lot patience to listen to your problems and makes you very comfortable. She will accommodate even in the last minute for an appointment which is a big plus in this country unlike other doctors. Like she's is helping us to keep in good health, my prayers to god to give her good health.

Dr. Lakshmi Devi is a friendly and knowledgeable physician. She takes care of her patients very well. She gave me good guidance before and after my gynic procedure. Her staff are very cordial.
