I’m so happy I came over dr.Vaziry diet program. I tried (as many of us) so many diets and some worked, some less, some was easy, some harder, but dr. Vaziry program was like build for me.
The program is very easy to follow once you understand the system. I feel full most of the time and I constantly loosing pound or two weekly. I lost 25 pounds during first three months and and it wasn’t even that hard. I gained tuns of education, that opened my eyes and can see now where I was wrong all those years.
