The v shop is the best shop I’ve ever had to deal with. No one likes dealing with car repairs but you know when you come here you are not being ripped off. Cleveland was so hopeful the entire time my car was being inspected and with helping decide what the main focus would be moving forward with a slew of different repairs that will be needed down the line. The v shop is an honest shop and treat their customers with integrity regardless how small of a repair. I highly recommend.

Straight forward, no haggling, honest. They gave our car a diagnostics with explanation and photos, it was very informative. From there we discussed the type of work we want to complete. The offices called us many times to talk back-and-forth about our options and what choice we wanted to make.

I have been a mechanic for 30 yrs. This will be my first time I need to leave my truck in the hands of another shop . I am completely satisfied with the service of this shop . The V shops customer service is amazing.They are professional, knowledgeable, thorough and Timely. I drive a 1999 Buick with less than 50k miles. I have taken my vehicle to two separate Buick dealerships, paid thousands of dollars, and now I have more problems than the one I brought it in for. In less than two hours, the V shop emailed with a detailed diagnosis and estimate, pictures included. Buick kept my vehicle for 27 days, the V shop was less than 30 hours. If you are looking for incredible customer service and people who genuinely care about their clients please take your car here. After getting the run around from a dealership these guys stepped in and helped us so much. I have 2 young kids and my van is having AC issues and they were fast, honest and extremely helpful. These guys are timely, informative and trustworthy, everything the dealer was not. I hope to never see them again, but if I my car (2018 Jeep Wrangler Moab) has problem’s, I will be back!

I found this place online and it had a ton of amazing reviews. I took my car in only to find that the repairs needed were a little pricier than I was ready for at the time.
